Deion and Pilar Sanders are heading back to court on Wednesday.
The estranged couple is at odds over their prenuptial agreement and child support payments.
Attorneys for Pilar Sanders claim that Deion is worth $250 million, while she's struggling to make ends meet. In a court motion, her attorneys report that Pilar's electricity was turned off in September and insist she's overwhelmed with debt. They say Deion hasn't been paying his court ordered child support. A judge ordered Deion to pay $10,500 per month in child support, and another $3,500 for a monthly mortgage payment.
Deion is challenging the claim, arguing that $10,000 is six times more than Texas law requires.
Pilar claims she needs $2,000 a month for a special diet for the kids, $900 a month on uniforms and shoes for the kids' sports activities, $500 a month on the children's cell phones, $450 a month for the kids' haircuts and treatments.
The couple has three children together, two sons and a daughter.
The NFL star and former model did sign a prenuptial agreement at the start of their marriage in 1999. Pilar wants it tossed out and claims she was pressured to sign it. It reportedly requires Deion to buy her a home worth half of the value of their estimated $21 million Prosper mansion. It's at that home that their private problems became very public after a fight on April 23 when Pilar was arrested. Both have been cleared of family violence charges.
A judge did side with Deion and ordered Pilar to stay away from the home.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Collin County Courthouse.
