TxDOT crews are cleaning up a spill of mud and rocks on the northbound Spur 408 bridge over Kiest Boulevard Thursday morning.
Police were called at about 1 a.m., after reports of a crash in the area. At least one car rolled over after hitting the mud on the bridge. The driver wasn't injured. Several other cars got flat tires.
Police said all three lanes were covered with a mixture of mud and large rocks. All lanes of Spur 408 are closed and will be "for some time", Dallas police said.
A large mechanical sweeper is begin called in from Corsicana.
