Dallas Police said they shot a man on Saturday evening.
The incident happened in the 3100 block of Chihuahua in Dallas around 5:00 p.m. Saturday.
Dallas Police Sr. Cpl. Melinda Gutierrez said when the officers were called to the scene regarding 15 men drinking and shooting guns. They arrived to observed a 46-year-old male suspect in a vehicle.
Police said as they approach the vehicle, the suspected pointed a handgun at officers. The officers fired their weapons at the man. He was transported to Parkland Hospital where he is in critical but stable condition.
No officers were hurt.
