Deion and Pilar Sanders are in court for a trial to settle primary custody of their three children in their bitter divorce battle.
Day six of the drama-filled child custody fight between Deion and Pilar Sanders could bring some closure on Tuesday.
A decision could rest in the hands of a jury as early as Tuesday afternoon. Jurors will have to sort through the allegations of steroid use, cheating, and violence coming from both sides to get to the heart of the matter: primary custody of the Sanders' three kids.
Deion Sanders is expected to be back on the stand first thing Tuesday morning when court resumes at 9 a.m.
There's been a lot of debate if their two sons and daughter, ages 9-13, will have to testify. Both Deion and Pilar Sanders say they don't want that.
Pilar Sanders calls what's going on in the courtroom "horrendous." Deion Sanders say he believes his sons will side with him.

Deion and Pilar Sanders' Monday Court Appearance
The custody battle between Deion and Pilar Sanders continued on Monday. Jurors are expected to have the case Tuesday at noon.
Both sides are ready for what has been a nasty and emotionally draining week to be over.
"We are confident we got our story out, and every day you get the story out is a good day," says Pilar Sanders' attorney, Larry Friedman.
"I'm not here to condemn her, haven't done it in press or media, but they've sure done it to me. It is what it is," says Deion Sanders.
The jury of seven women and five men are deciding which parent will get primary custody of the children.
Attorneys expect the jury to have the case by Tuesday at noon.
