An 18-wheeler crashed into a guardrail on Interstate 30 causing lane closures in Dallas Wednesday morning.
The crash happened at about 4 a.m. when the 18-wheeler was traveling southbound to eastbound on I-30 and went through a guardrail leaving the semi to block northbound lanes.
A good Samaritan stopped at the crash and pulled the truck driver out of the cab, just before the 18-wheeler's cab burst into flames.
An ambulance responded to the crash and the truck driver was taken to a local hospital.
The crash caused major lane closures in Dallas that lightened up at about 5:30 a.m.
All lanes reopened at about 7 a.m.
